Travelling for Hair Extension Training: Planning Ahead

Dates, travel and what to bring

If the course you want is held in another city, a little planning makes the trip easier.

Choose the date first

Ask which dates are open and book one that leaves you time to travel. Allow for delays, especially if you have to cross water or a long distance.

Work out the journey

Ask for the centre’s address and the start time, then plan your route. Check how long it takes from the station or port to the door, and look at a map before you go.

Decide whether to stay over

For an early start, travelling the evening before can save stress. Ask the provider whether it has suggestions.

Pack sensibly

  • Comfortable shoes and your hair tied back
  • A notebook, a pen and your questions
  • Anything the provider has asked you to bring

Ask about support

Ask what help is available after the course, since you will not be able to pop back easily. If you are in Belfast, send these questions in your first WhatsApp message.

Ask about Belfast

Message the provider to ask whether Belfast dates are planned, which centre is easiest to reach and what to bring.
